Glade Hall - Chapter 1 – The Hunter
Word count 6,526 I’ve wanted to do a haunted mansion story for a while. Set in England and involving a whole community in a long and very dark tale. Word count 6,206 We’re off again on roads less travelled, to places seldom seen. Two years after the events in the original Ruby book. Word Count 6,929 Book total 113,981 That’s about 380 novel pages. We’re there, the grand finale! Still a couple of twists to come before the final curtain. I’ve enjoyed writing about Bradford and his friends and there will be future Bradford books. San Pablo will always have drug gangs, subversives and problems for him and PD489 to sort out. I’ve tried to portray a fairly optimistic view of post apocalypse earth. There may be skin bugs, corrupt politicians, brutal police and a nationwide drug problem….. but you can still buy knockoff Versace dresses and fake Belgian chocolates. Enjoy - Ed July 2016 |
